We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions from production, stores, and admin departments.
- Source and evaluate reliable suppliers for ingredients, packaging, and operational items.
- Prepare accurate purchase orders in line with company procedures.
- Liaise with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and pricing agreements.
- Monitor and negotiate costs to achieve budgeted savings.
- Track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival of materials.
- Verify quality of received materials before acceptance.
- Collaborate with inventory teams to prevent stock-outs.
- Maintain accurate procurement documents and records.
- Conduct monthly market price research for key materials.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Generate monthly procurement and supplier performance reports.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Experience:
- 2–3 years experience in procurement or supply chain.
Salary
N250,000 per month.
