Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales:
- Welcome and attend to customers in-store and online (DMs, WhatsApp, calls, website chats)
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs, preferences, and budget
- Explain product features, textures, usage, and maintenance
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and accessories
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales
Product Knowledge & Presentation:
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hair products, textures, collections, and pricing
- Demonstrate proper product handling, installation guidance, and care tips
- Ensure display shelves and product areas are tidy and visually appealing
Order Processing & Support:
- Assist customers with placing orders and payment processing
- Coordinate pickup and delivery requests with the logistics team
- Track and follow up on pending orders or inquiries
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build positive relationships with repeat customers
- Collect feedback, testimonials, and complaints professionally
- Escalate complex customer issues to management when required
Store & Operations Support:
- Assist with stock checks and product counts
- Help prepare product packs, labels, and customer bundles
- Support store events, launches, and promotional campaigns
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, approachable, confident, and sales-oriented
- Good knowledge or interest in beauty/hair extensions/wigs
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and messaging app skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Loves interacting with customers
- Enjoys beauty, fashion, and hair styling culture
- Can remain polite, calm, and helpful under pressure
- Is motivated by sales results and customer satisfaction
